Refund and Returns Policy

All goods purchased from the Golf Supplies Warehouse online store will be shipped with a receipt enabling warranty from our suppliers, managed by Golf Supplies Warehouse. For any goods damaged in shipping please notify us within 24 hours of receiving your freight by email at orders@golfsupplieswarehouse.com.au.

Refund Policy

If you have made your purchase online, you can lodge a Return Request by emailing orders@golfsupplieswarehouse.com.au.  The following parts and accessories will not be accepted for return:

  • Parts ordered incorrectly by customer (please contact us about this though, if the product is a good seller we will accept returns)

If your application is approved for return:

  • Items must be returned in the original and undamaged in manufacturer’s packaging;
  • Items contained within this packaging must be in original condition;
  • Items to be returned to Golf Supplies Warehouse. PO Box 335, Gosford. NSW. 2250. within 14 Working days.

In all cases approval must be given by Golf Supplies Warehouse. Freight charges incurred in returning goods to Golf Supplies Warehouse will be at the customer’s expense.

Need to change or cancel your order?

To cancel or change your order please email orders@golfsupplieswarehouse.com.au straight away and notify us of the order number so that we do not process.

Freight/Shipping

Golf Supplies Warehouse does not ship goods to any countries outside Australia and New Zealand. Items will be dispatched by the chosen method within 48 business hours unless otherwise notified by phone or email.
